A former contestant on "The Amazing Race" has been arrested on suspicion of DWI in Texas.

Vanessa Macias, who finished fourth on the last season of the CBS reality show, was pulled over in San Antonio around 2 a.m. last Friday after she was allegedly spotted "driving erratically."

According to police, Macias's eyes were "bloodshot and glassy" and her speech was impaired.

In a report filed over the incident, an officer said he asked Macias to step out of her vehicle because he could "detect the presence of alcohol." We assume that meant he smelled its odor.

Macias refused to take a field sobriety test, so she was arrested. The report said she admitted to having consumed "three mixed drinks."

Macias was taken to jail and released a few hours later on $1,000 bond. It is expected that she will be charged with a misdemeanor DWI because it does not seem that she has any prior offenses. She has not commented publicly on the issue and neither have representatives for "The Amazing Race."
